Extremely rude staff and disgusting room and shower. When I initially made the booking I made a special request online to come after/on 10.30pm. However things came up and I made another special request online to come after midnight. When I got there, I had to call a mobile number since reception was closed. The lady was nice on the phone and I apologised several times. She had to open the door and I apologised again to her face but she yelled at me. Saying I wasn't sorry for coming so late and I should have called her 4 hours before. I told her I didn't have her number then and I did make a special request online around 8-8.30pm. Still she was extremely rude and said it was a 10.30pm arrival. This shows that the staff don't keep themselves up to date and will blame and yell at customers for the motel's inability to check online regularly. I should add she yelled at me in front of the other rooms and other people who were sitting outside the room opposite to us. When my partner drove up with the car she changed her mood and walked off. This looked to me that she was comfortable yelling at me when I'm alone but when someone else is there she won't show her true colours. We had booked for two nights but didn't bother going back. I don't care that they get a free night from me. That's how awful they were. If the rooms were great we would have stayed but even the rooms were disgusting - air con didn't work and showers gross. Mould was growing from the tap. The motel is not worth the money you save by going cheap, despite others saying it is. You feel disgusting just being in the room.
